ARTIST APPLICATION – 2026 Season

The 2026 application will go live on January 12, 2026!

Application Steps

(1) Familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions and the information contained in the Prospectus to ensure that you can meet all of the criteria and agree to adhere to the rules.

(2) Complete the Exhibitor Contract (the button will not work until January 12).

If you would like a paper contract mailed to you, please email director@villageartinthepark.org with your request and the address to which it should be sent.

(3) Submit the $15 Jury Fee via the link here or snail mail your payment to:

Timeline

  • January 12: The Online Exhibitor Contract becomes available.
  • Late January/ early February: The Jury Committee will review all art submissions.
  • Early February: The results of the Jury Committee will be given to the Executive Director.
  • Late February: Letters of acceptance or rejection will be sent to all applicants. In the case of acceptance, the ED will include a calendar of show dates that each artist is approved for.

The application process is ongoing, so even if you’ve missed the January/February timeframe you may still apply.
