The Village Art in the Park Board of Directors, Executive Director, and Park Manager assume no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury. By signing the Exhibitor Contract, the artist agrees to hold harmless Village Art in the Park, a nonprofit corporation, the City of Leavenworth, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any loss or damage to persons or property caused by, or occurring in connection with, the artist, the artist’s family, or the artist’s exhibit. The artist further agrees to defend and indemnify Village Art in the Park against any claims arising from such loss or damage.
By submitting this application, the artist acknowledges that they have read and understood all rules and regulations in the Prospectus and Terms and Conditions of Village Art in the Park and agree to comply with any additional direction provided by the Executive Director or Park Manager. All exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the City of Leavenworth. These policies will be enforced by Village Art in the Park.
