Becca Otis, owner of 5 Lines Pottery in Monroe, Washington, has been an artist at Village Art in the Park since 2014. She makes functional ware for everyday life. Affordable enough that if you drop it, you can buy another one, but special enough that if you drop it you might cry. With over 10 years of experience in the world of ceramics she has extensive knowledge on what makes a good pot, but don’t let that be confused with the green stuff. She splits her time in the summer between Leavenworth and her storefront/studio on Main Street in Monroe, where she teaches pottery classes for adults and where kids and adults can paint their own pottery.
