ARTIST APPLICATION – 2023 Season

Application Steps

(1) Familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions and the information contained in the Prospectus to ensure that you can meet all of the criteria and agree to adhere to the rules.

(2) Complete the Exhibitor Contract.

If you would like a paper contract mailed to you, please email director@villageartinthepark.org with your request and the address to which it should be sent. Alternatively, download the .pdf from the Info for Artists page.

2023 EXHIBITOR CONTRACT (online)

(3) Upload 3 photos of your artwork that represent what you intend to exhibit at Art in the Park as well as a photo of your booth (if available).

*** If it’s telling you that your files are too big, or not work for any other reason, just email them to director@villageartinthepark.org ***

(4) Submit the $15 Jury Fee via the link here or snail mail your payment to:

Timeline

  • January 9: The Online Artist Application becomes available.
  • January: Application materials will be accepted and the arrival of each will be timestamped.
  • Late January: Art submissions will be sent to the Jury Committee for review.
  • Early February: The results of the Jury Committee will be given to the Director.
  • Late February: Letters of acceptance or rejection will be sent to all applicants. In the case of acceptance, the Director will include a calendar of show dates that each artist is approved for.
