Application Steps

Familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions and the information contained in the Prospectus to ensure that you can meet all of the criteria within.

Download and complete the Exhibitor Contract.

You may fill it out electronically or by hand and you may submit it either via snail mail or the online file uploader.

*Adobe Acrobat is available for download (see bottom of this page). You may use it to electronically fill and sign your Contract.

To choose dates – use the highlight function in Adobe Reader or Preview. If you have problems with this don’t fret! Email me and we’ll get it sorted.

You may submit your form without dates chosen if you’re having issues with it and are worried about getting your form in quickly.

Note to Safari users: If the .pdf is opening in your browser instead of downloading, follow these instructions. The file might still open initially in a new browser tab, but should show an image of the Preview icon and let you choose to download the form. Chrome and Firefox seem to download the form straight away.

Choose photos of your work for submission.

Choose 3 photos of your work that represent what you plan on showing at Village Art in the Park, as well as one photo of your Display or Booth. If you have never shown in an outdoor market and don’t have a photo – it’s ok. Just email me a note to that effect.

The file uploader will accept jpeg and pdf files up to 1000KB in size.

Please let me know if you need help resizing or reformatting your photos.

Either use the file uploader to electronically submit your Contract and Photos or snail mail them.

Submit the $15 Jury Fee via the link here or by mailing in your payment to the address listed above.


  • January 11th – Snail Mail applications begin going out.
  • January 19th – The Online Exhibitor Contract becomes available.
  • January – February: Application materials will be accepted and the arrival of each will be timestamped.
  • Late February: Art submissions will be sent to the Jury Committee for review.
  • Early March: The results of the Jury Committee will be given to the Director.
  • Mid-March:  Letters of rejection or acceptance will be sent to all applicants. In the case of acceptance, the Director will include a calendar of show dates that each artist is approved for.
